Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, expertise in BPMN-based process mapping, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve business processes and decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Process Modeling (BPMN)

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process models using BPMN standards.
• Define future-state processes and support process re-engineering initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and solution designs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Create high-quality business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
• Maintain project documentation, change requests, and traceability matrices.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Ensure documentation follows organizational standards and governance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users, leadership teams, project managers, and technical teams.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project progress.

Solution Validation & Support
