Job summary

Tangentia is seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analytics professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams on business requirements, functional design, and RPA strategy. You will contribute to process analysis, identify automation opportunities, and craft detailed PDD and SDD documents.

You will also assist in Bot sizing and coordinate UAT with stakeholders. The role emphasizes strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive successful RPA implementation and ensure scalable

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics.
• Work with teams to identify business requirements and functional design.
• Analyse business processes and propose automation opportunities in RPA.
• Create PDD (Process Description Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document) in detail.
• Provide the solution proposal by checking scalability of the RPA client architecture.
• Assist the team during project implementation and participate in Bot sizing activities.
• Prepare UAT cases and coordinate user testing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
