Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automation testing, test automation frameworks, scripting, and quality assurance processes. Hands-on experience with UiPath is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and automation frameworks.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.
• Identify, log, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
• Enhance test coverage and minimize manual testing efforts through automation.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with automation and RPA tools, preferably UiPath.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics.
• Ensure adherence to software quality standards, testing best practices, and organizational processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite/UiPath Studio.
• Experience with API Testing and Database Testing (SQL).
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Certification is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to RPA testing and validation.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
