Job summary

YASH Technologies is looking for an Auction Transportation Logistics Coordinator to support shipment planning, tracking, and load coordination for global customers.

You will operate in a fast-paced logistics environment, using Excel, load boards, dashboards, and TMS tools, coordinating with US/UK clients across EU/UK time zones from Bengaluru. This role requires proactive communication and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with sorting, filtering and basic formulas.
• Experience with load boards, shipment tracking tools and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar tools.
• Ability to manage shipment tracking, loading and operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of shipment planning, scheduling and execution processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with customers and teams.
• Experience supporting US/UK customers and coordinating across EU/UK time zones.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Primary Skills
