Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for Logistics Operations to support transportation and inventory management across North American channels. The candidate will coordinate with Remarketing, FPS, Sourcing, and vendor partners to optimize unit movement and customer experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with TMS, load boards, and shipment tracking, with strong Excel skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with load boards, shipment tracking tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Hands-on with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Ability to manage operational workflows and shipment tracking.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Remarketing, Collateral Services, FPS, Ordering, and Sourcing/Strategic Alliances to move units.
• Coordinate with transportation vendors to transport units with cost efficiency.
• Partner with Remarketing Field Managers to ensure efficient transportation and proper check-in at auctions.
• Build relationships with vendor and auction contacts to monitor inventory and support customer assets.
• Provide inventory management oversight and coordinate with sales and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory for trends and adjust strategy to optimize customer service.
• Prioritize emails and ensure internal/external business needs are met.

Primary Skills:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in working on logistics, supply chain, or operations support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, reporting)
• Familiarity with load boards, shipment tracking tools, and reporting dashboards
• Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar tools
• Ability to manage operational workflows, shipment tracking, and load coordination
• Good understanding of logistics processes including shipment planning, scheduling, and execution
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with customers and internal teams
• Experience supporting US/UK customers and ability to work in EU/UK time zones
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution or escalation
• Experience in exception handling and operational troubleshooting
• Good analytical thinking and reporting skillsAbility to conduct basic system/process training for internal/external stakeholders
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) creation and documentation

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a liaison between the Remarketing, Collateral Services, FPS, Ordering, and Sourcing/Strategic Alliances to identify information needed to successfully move units (vehicles) throughout North America.
• Utilize strategic relationships with transportation vendors to transport units throughout the US to auctions while maximizing returns with lowest cost.
• Partner with Remarketing Field Managers to ensure units are transported as efficiently as possible and checked in appropriately at the auction.
• Build and foster relationships with transportation vendor contacts and auction contacts to successfully monitor inventory, collaborate on strategic projects, and positively represent Customer assets to maximize returns and focus on Customer experience.
• Provide oversight to inventory management where needed and partner between Remarketing Sales Team and internal business partners to ensure priorities are met.
• Actively monitor inventory to identify geographical trends and challenges and change strategy where appropriate to deliver the most effective Customer Service model.
• Prioritize email and work to ensure internal and external business needs are met.
