Job summary

EuroSchool Gunjur is seeking an experienced ERP Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation with emphasis on Finance and Procurement. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, manage stakeholders and vendors, and ensure ITGC/compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5-6 years post-qualification, relevant ERP deployment expertise in services, and strong communication skills to operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./MCA with 5-6 years post-qualification experience.
• MBA in Finance or Systems highly desired.
• ERP implementation experience in services industry.
• Oracle EBS experience in Finance and Procurement required.
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and unstructured environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish detailed project plans, metrics, schedules and status reports with the SI staff.
• Present project status to stakeholders and implement risk de-risking measures.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation projects.
• Manage project deliverables, risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate communications with customers, vendors and system integrators on status and changes.
• Oversee ERP deployment: process config, As-Is/To-Be flows, business rules and UI configuration.
• Drive project delivery to a successful conclusion using robust program management techniques.
• Coordinate IT/ITGC audits and compliance aspects.
• Liaise with the vendor and manage deliverables and enhancements.
• Engage stakeholders on system enhancements and solution delivery.

Job description

Purpose of the role:

To lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous enhancement of Oracle EBS, with a strong focus on Finance and Procurement modules, by translating business requirements into scalable system solutions. The role will drive ERP implementation, process optimization, stakeholder and vendor management, risk mitigation, IT/ITGC compliance, and change management to ensure robust and effective enterprise systems.

Role & responsibilities

• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, resource plans and status reports in co-ordination with SI Staff project
• Present project status to stakeholders, implement project de-risking measure
• Lead end to end delivery of ERP implementation project
• Manage project deliverables, identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans etc
• Manage the communication with the program stakeholders (customer, product vendor and system integrators) on program status, change management etc.
• Oversee and assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP project deployment including (but not limited to): business process configuration, documenting As-Is and To-Be flows, define business rules, configure user Interface, integrate external systems (when required), manage training
• Drive the overall project delivery to a successful conclusion through robust program management techniques
• Manage and Handle IT and ITGC Audit
• Coordinate with IT System Implementing vendor and Manage deliverables
• Manage Internal stakeholder around the system new enhancements and solutions

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech /B.E/ MCA with 5-6 years of post qualification experience
• MBA in Finance / Systems highly desired.

• Oracle EBS experience a must in Finance and Procurement modules
