Job summary

Shri Ramswaroop Digital Technologies seeks an experienced Project Management/Business Analysis/Consultancy professional for IT Software- Applications, ERP implementation & support across India. The role involves direct client consulting, requirement gathering, and leading ERP-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have ERP/CRM experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while traveling as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Consults with users to understand business needs and how systems can support them.
• Leads data gathering to prepare business process documentation.
• Captures requirements and translates them into solution design.
• Ensures applications meet system administration standards.
• Develops test cases and scripts for system testing and UAT.
• Conducts CRP, UAT and obtains sign-off.
• Coordinates with the PMO to execute consulting and project planning.
• Tracks ERP performance and reports delivery status.
• Produces BRDs, Fit-Gap docs, configuration docs, Visio.
• Coordinates with distributed Dev/Test/Design teams.
• Provides end-user training as needed.
• Escalates priorities to ensure Go-Live and post-go-live support.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently consults with users regarding business needs and how business systems can support those needs.
• Conducting Product Demonstration.
• Lead efforts to gather and analyze data required to prepare business process and procedural documentation.
• Capturing business requirements, processes, and objectives, translating business requirements into a solution design.
• Ensures activities required to change, maintain, and administer applications meet system administration standards.
• Lead effort to develop Application test cases and test scripts for the preparation and execution of system testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing according to test plans. Validate detailed test cases are properly executed to ensure software and reports are functioning properly.
• Conduct CRP, UAT and obtain necessary Sign off.
• Work with the Project Management Office to execute consulting and project planning methodologies.
• Managing Cloud/SaaS-based ERP system Track and report Planned vs. Actual performance, report slipped deliveries and discuss them during review meetings with the Program Manager.
• Produce functional documentation for assigned projects (BRDs, Fit-Gap Documents, Configuration Docs, Visio, etc.).
• Coordinating with teams which include Developers, Testers & Designers working in a distributed environment.
• Provide end-user knowledge transfer and training as needed.
• Escalating work priorities among the team to ensure Go-Live.
• Post-go-live support.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio Creations).
• Very good communication skills preferably English.
• Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
• Must have a streak of managing.
• Self-Motivated & Decision-Making Abilities.

Added Advantage

• Should understand technology and what is ERP in general.
• Idea of University Business Process Workflow (Admission / Student Financials / Academics etc.) For Campus ERP, Knowledge of payroll, Benefits and absence management process for HCM ERP.
• Business Process Knowledge of payroll, Benefits and absence management process would be preferred for HCM Applications.
• MBA in HR / Industry Experience.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus / PeopleSoft HRMS / Fusion HCM is preferable.
