Trigya Innovations India is seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with clients, understand their business requirements, and translate them into Zoho-based solutions. The role acts as a bridge between clients and the technical/implementation team.

You will gather requirements, map processes, draft FRDs and workflows, coordinate with Zoho teams, support testing and UAT, train clients, and maintain clear project documentation.
