Job Summary

Zoho is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the development of effective solutions that drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Assist in identifying business needs and translating them into functional specifications.

• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize operations.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to clarify requirements and business goals.

• Create detailed reports, flowcharts, and diagrams to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Experience

Working Hours
