Job summary

Excellent Softwares in India is seeking a client-facing Business Analyst to bridge client processes with our development teams. You will meet clients, document requirements as clear specifications, process flows and user stories, and work with the project team to keep delivery on track.

You'll run demos, gather client feedback, and drive acceptance testing to ensure outcomes meet business needs. Strong English and Hindi communication, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP concepts will

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or technical degree preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Structured, analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Interest in how businesses run (accounting, inventory, HR), ERP exposure a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and documentation tools.
