Job summary

Excellent Softwares in India is seeking a client-facing analyst to bridge clients and developers, translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process flows that guide delivery.

You will meet clients to understand their processes, document specifications, work with the development team to keep delivery on track, and run demos and acceptance testing to incorporate feedback and ensure a successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or technical degree a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
• Structured, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Interest in how businesses run (accounting, inventory, HR); exposure to ERP is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel and documentation tools.
