Job summary

EbizON is seeking an Analytical E-commerce Business Analyst for our Dehradun office to support the PMO with business requirements, client communication, and analysis of key metrics for marketing, UX, payment, and strategy for the US/Canada market.

The role requires 3+ years in technology services, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and MBA (preferred). You will contribute to reports, dashboards, and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology/IT services.

• Ability to work independently under time constraints.
• MBA from a reputed college/university.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and client needs.
• Research, define, and document current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Create and maintain updated documentation on business processes, applications, and solutions including process flows, use cases, functional specifications, test cases, training manuals, and job aids.
• Act as conduit for the flow of requirements between customer groups (internal and external) and technology/support teams.
• Lead or assist project‑management activities for small to medium projects.
• Anchor key discussions with clients around Enterprise CMS, E‑commerce, M‑commerce, CRM, and product engineering.
• Deliver and customize best‑in‑class presentations on products and services.

EbizON is looking for an Analytical E-commerce Business Analyst for our Dehradun office who can help our PMO team with business requirements, client communication, and analyzing key metrics to generate insights and reports for marketing, UX, payment, and overall strategy and delivery for our customers in the US/Canada market. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology services and a strong academic record – B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institution.

• Self‑driven, highly motivated with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Google Data Studio for data visualizations from disparate sources.
• Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics (UA v4.0).
• Strong ability to articulate business performance metrics through data visualization.
• Experience with automated reporting tools such as Google APIs, Adobe Report Builder, Adobe Workspace, and other reporting efficiency tools.
• High proficiency with Excel, including manipulating large data sets, pivot tables, and automating data pulls via third‑party plugins.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills to effectively communicate analytics findings.
