Job summary

EbizON is seeking an Analytical E-commerce Business Analyst for our Noida office to support the PMO with business requirements, client communication, and metric analysis to generate actionable insights for marketing, UX, payments, and overall strategy for US/Canada clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technology/IT services, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and MBA/B.Tech education. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology/IT services.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics UA4.0.

EbizON is looking for Analytical E-commerce Business Analyst for our Noida office who can help our PMO team with the business requirements, client communication, analyzing key metrics to generate insights and reports for marketing, UX, payment, and overall strategy and delivery for our customers in US/Canada market.

The ideal candidate would come with an experience in Technology services and a bright academic record - Btech/MBA from a good college.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and Client needs
• Researching, defining, and documenting current As is business processes and recommending improvements
• Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis
• Creating and maintaining updated documentation on business processes, applications and business solutions including process flows, use cases, functional specifications, test cases, training and system manuals, and job aids
• Serving as the conduit for the flow of requirements between the customer community (both internal and external and the technology and support teams
• Leading and/or assisting project management activities for small to medium projects
• Anchor key discussions with the clients around Enterprise CMS, E-commerce and M-commerce, CRM, Product Engineering
• Delivers and customizes best in class presentations on products & services

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of Experience in technology/IT services
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently under time constraint
• Working knowledge of the IT services industry will be considered as an advantage
• MBA (preferred) from reputed college/University
• Proficient knowledge of Excel / Ppt / Word would a requirement
• Self-driven and highly motivated, with strong interpersonal & analytical skills
• Proficiency with using Power BI, Google Data studio to create data visualizations from disparate data sources
• Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics(UA v4.0)
• Strong ability to clearly articulate business performance metrics through data and data visualization
• Well versed in automated reporting methods such as Google APIs, Adobe Report Builder, Adobe Workspace, and other reporting efficiency tools
• High proficiency with Excel - including manipulating large data sets, using pivot tables, automating data pulls through 3rd party plugins
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills that can be leveraged to best communicate analytics findings
