IGT Solutions is hiring an experienced Business Analyst – Aviation Domain for its Gurugram office. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity for professionals with strong domain expertise in aviation operations, flight operations, OCC (Operations Control Centre), and crew management systems.

As a Business Analyst – Aviation, your responsibilities will include:
Examining and evaluating existing systems, processes, and workflows within aviation operations.
Identifying, analysing, and documenting business requirements aligned with flight operations, OCC, and crew management.
Collaborating closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather additional requirements and feature enhancements.
Creating high-quality BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), ICDs (Interface Control Documents), and Business Solution Design Documents.
Supporting the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by assisting development teams with functional clarifications and test data.
Defining business problems, objectives, and key requirements, and modelling them to ensure clarity and alignment.
Conducting feasibility analysis to assess the technical, operational, and economic viability of proposed solutions.
Performing trade-off analysis to recommend the most feasible and value-driven requirement alternatives.
Identifying and assessing risks, dependencies, and constraints associated with business requirements.
Demonstrating a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and self-learning capability.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in the Aviation Domain, specifically in:
Flight Operations
Operations Control Centre (OCC)
Crew Management & Crew Planning
Training Planning
Manpower Planning
Fleet Planning, Tracking, and Operations
Strong understanding of business information systems and enterprise applications used in aviation.
Hands‑on experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, and Project Coordination.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site office environment.
Candidates with the following will be given preference:
Experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
Strong working knowledge of tools such as:
Microsoft Visio
Microsoft Project
MS Word & Excel
Databases and system documentation tools
Certifications in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or Project Management (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMP, PRINCE2).
Technical exposure (as mentioned by the job poster):
7+ years of experience with Spring MVC
6+ years of experience with Core Java
