Recruit CRM in Bangalore seeks an experienced Business Analyst to analyze airline message feeds, document requirements, and drive data modeling and API specifications. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Project Management, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role emphasizes SDLC alignment, stakeholder communication, and ownership of product functionality across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting data feeds and delivering product specifications, data modeling, functional/non-functional requirements, and API specifications.
• Knowledge of application architecture principles and secure development life cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer focus and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of airline message feeds to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data feeds and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Gather business requirements from Product Owners, Product Managers, customers, and account managers, and assess scope.
• Document product specifications, data models, and API specifications using UML diagrams.
• Independently explore the system, uncover unknown facts, and document them for future reference.
• Perform project management roles for specific product functionality, coordinating efforts across technical teams.
• Lead root cause analysis for functional issues and provide insights to Engineering and Business teams.
• Mentor other Business Analysts and share functional knowledge of processes and end-user products.
• Ensure alignment with secure development life cycle and architecture principles.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, flexibility, and a sense of ownership towards team objectives.
