Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Analyst for Process Analytics in SCM based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on monitoring engine parameters, analyzing trends, and driving data-driven improvements across processes.

You will work with aviation documentation and collaborate with product teams to deliver actionable insights. The position requires a strong background in aeronautical/mechanical engineering, EHM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and Trend interpretation.
• A background in Aircraft Maintenance (A&C) is valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24x7 engine processes with rotating shifts.
• Analyze trends and data; interpret aviation terms.
• Evaluate engine performance and recommend corrections.
• Interpret AMM, Fault Isolation Manual, Repair Manual etc.
• Communicate with Product line team and customers.
• Prepare and publish daily customer reports.
• Support Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• 24X7 Process with rotational shifts
• Monitoring of key engine parameter to detect impending failures and assess engine performance.
• Trend and data analysis backed with knowledge of aviation terms and troubleshooting
• Evaluate current state of engine performance and recommend course correction
• Interpret Technical publications like Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual, Repair Manual etc.
• Communicate and follow-up with Product line team and customer
• Prepare and publish daily customer reports
• Drive and support continuous improvement efforts through LEAN philosophy

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (A & C)
• Experience in Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and Trend interpretation

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) role
• Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend or night shift)
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft tool like word, Excel and PowerPoint
