Job Description

Looking for a Business Analyst to support its Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation program, focused on implementing Saviynt and migrating legacy applications to a modern identity management platform. Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and transformation programs, preferably with exposure to Identity Governance, IAM, or Saviynt implementations. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, working with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet business needs

• Conduct technological assessments
• Develop business cases for technology investments
• Analyze market trends and industry best practices
• Provide recommendations for technology solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Assist in the implementation and integration of technology systems
• Support in the evaluation of technology vendor proposals
• Prepare and present reports to senior management
