Job summary

Flex is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Pune team in an individual contributor role focused on finance and treasury tech solutions. You will partner with Finance, Treasury, and stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive design and process improvements.

You will facilitate workshops, document FRDs, create Use Cases and User Stories, and support UAT, testing, and deployment across ERP and related financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Treasury, and stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation.
• Prepare project documentation including functional specifications, process diagrams, training materials, and user guides.
• Support data analysis, reporting, dashboard requirements, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Assist in change management, user training, and adoption of new business processes and systems.

The Business Analyst position will be based in Pune. • Overall, 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Techno-Functional Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Experience working with Finance, Treasury, Banking, ERP or related business applications.
• Experience on Coupa Treasury Management Platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience creating Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, and Test Scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing stakeholder sign-offs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools is preferred.
• Understanding system integration concepts, APIs, and enterprise application environments is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Finance and Treasury processes including payments, cash management, banking operations, forecasting, or financial controls is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for learning new technologies, business processes, and industry best practices.

Preferred Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
