Job summary

Credentek Software & Consultancy in Baner, Pune invites a proactive Business Analyst with 2-4 years of Banking/BFSI domain experience to join our team. The role covers end-to-end software implementation projects, requiring strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication.

You will perform requirements elicitation, create FSD/BRD, support testing, and assist with project coordination in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Finance is required; CBAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Banking application
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and end-to-end software implementations
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements and document detailed specifications
• Prepare FSD/Approach document and prototype/ wireframes
• Coordinate with development and testing teams and provide KT to the project team
• Conduct functional reviews and assist in UAT and product demos
• Ensure banking domain knowledge is applied to solutions

About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong Banking/BFSI domain experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of banking operations, experience working on end-to-end software implementation projects, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a growing organization, the candidate will be expected to perform multiple roles beyond traditional business analysis, including functional testing, requirement validation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Job Profile

Duties & Responsibilities

• 1. Elicit business requirements


• 2. Prepare FSD / Approach document.


• 3. Prepare prototype / wireframe / process flows


• 4. Finalize scope of the application


• 5. Provide KT to development / testing team


• 6. Help project manager for efforts estimation


• 7. Functional review / User acceptance testing


• 8. Product demo


• 9. Customer Interaction and functional design


• 10. Banking Domain knowledge is mandatory.


• 11. Remittance knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.


• 12. Should have a Knowledge of BRD and FRD

Experience

• 24 years of total relevant experience, preferably with an IT company with Banking Domain

Education & Certification:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering or Finance


• CBAP certification will be an added advantage
