Job summary

The role focuses on BRDs/FSDs/User stories, UAT coordination, and ensuring accurate translation between business and IT, including SAP/ERP integrations and multi-country tax considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong core financial knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
• Multi-country indirect tax exposure (GST / VAT and similar frameworks).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and conduct GAP analysis.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure accurate requirement translation.
• Coordinate and manage UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Support production implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Manage SDLC/Agile governance and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, IT Security, and Architecture teams.
• Track qualification testing and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain functional and process documentation.
