IVF Marketing Manager

Ahmedabad / Mumbai Full-Time 3-5 years

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies
• Optimize lead funnels and conversion rates
• Analyze performance and report to clinic partners
• Stay updated on IVF market trends
• Build and enhance our IVF-specific CRM platform; work on lead automation, analytics dashboards, and integrations
• Build REST APIs and integrations
• Collaborate with product team
• Participate in code reviews
• Analyze clinic performance data, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making for partner clinics
• Analyze marketing & operational metrics
• Conduct market research
• Support strategic planning
• Present insights to clinic partners
• Manage call center operations, team performance, and patient journey optimization across partner clinics
• Manage tele-caller teams (20-30 people)
• Engage with prospective patients, answer queries, schedule appointments, and support them through their IVF journey
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments
• Follow up with prospective patients
• Achieve monthly targets

Requirements
