Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uncover insights and develop branding strategies for the portfolio.
• Oversee and grow the assigned brand portfolio with revenue opportunities.

• Develop and manage annual brand budget, and P&L projections.

Purpose of Position

Uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies. Oversee and grow the assigned brand portfolio, consistently identifying revenue opportunities. Collaborate with team to also drive & manage BU initiatives & activities/ digital marketing/ market research etc. Develop and manage annual brand budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations. Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for sales team

Internal Customers

Sales Team, IB team, Enabler functions - Medical - SNO - Controlling - Comex - SRO - Communication

External Customers

Key Opinion Leaders, IVF Centres (standalone, Corporate chain & payor market), Medical Associations

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate in science (Preferably biological sciences like Microbiology/ Biology/ Biotechnology/Pharmacy)
• MBA in Marketing from renowned institute
• Relevant Marketing management experience for minimum 2 years
• experience in digital marketing (added advantage)
