Job summary

Vlink is seeking a Business Analyst & Project Manager to drive enterprise transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, and process improvement. You will gather requirements, map processes, and manage projects from planning to implementation.

Collaborating with business, IT, and vendors, you will coordinate stakeholder discussions, track progress, support UAT and go-live, and deliver leadership updates on status and risks.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Ability to map processes and document workflows.
• Proven project management and governance skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with UAT, defect tracking, and go-live support.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and RPA is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to translate requirements into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Identifies process gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Manages project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinates with business teams, IT, SPoCs, and vendors.
• Tracks progress and escalations, resolves blockers.
• Supports UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking, go-live, and hypercare.
• Prepares status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, and leadership updates.
• Supports AI, automation, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives.
