Job summary

Meegaan Technologies seeks a consulting-minded Business Analyst who can bridge client objectives and technology solutions. You will lead requirements gathering, document user stories, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver clear, actionable outcomes.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, map processes, perform gap analyses, and support UAT and issue resolution in agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis practices and SDLC.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
