Job summary

OrangeMantra in Gurugram is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge clients, stakeholders and AI-enabled engineering teams. You will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional and non-functional specs, and craft BRD, FRD, user stories, and wireframes.

The role emphasizes SDLC/Agile practices, workshops, and UAT sessions to ensure timely delivery of scalable digital and AI projects.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services or software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience on AI/ML, Digital Transformation or data-driven projects preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, Web/Mobile, Cloud enterprise applications.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with AI/ML, engineering, QA, and delivery teams for implementation

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services / software projects
