Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, monitoring, and governance of large-scale IT implementation projects.
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project management artifacts including project plans, status reports, risk registers, issue logs, and governance dashboards.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, technology vendors, government stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and governance forums.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), use cases, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder consultations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journey maps using Figma.
• Develop presentations, concept notes, process flows, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case preparation, execution monitoring, and sign-off management.
• Ensure quality and completeness of all project documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage interactions with senior government officials, client leadership, implementation partners, and technical teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders.
• Present project updates, business requirements, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive consensus across diverse groups.

Technology & Innovation Advisory

• Provide inputs on emerging technology trends and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assess applicability of technologies such as:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML)
• Data Analytics
• Blockchain
• Internet of Things (IoT)
• Cloud-Based Solutions
• Microservices Architecture
• Support technology evaluation, roadmap creation, and solution recommendations.

Agile Delivery Support

• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, user story creation, estimation, and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
