Gnani.ai in India is seeking a curious and motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will help build consumer-facing AI-powered experiences and work with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into actionable product initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business research, market analysis, and new product development, with hands-on exposure to BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Consulting, Market Research, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to convert research into actionable insights.
• Experience with market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and product discovery.
• Strong interest in product development, business analysis, market research, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities and emerging trends
• Research customer needs, pain points, use cases, and industry developments
• Support the team in evaluating new product ideas, business opportunities, and potential use cases
• Assist in preparing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows, presentations, and research reports
• Analyse existing products and solutions to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and business teams during product discovery and development
• Track developments in Generative AI, Voice AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies and explore potential business applications
• Support data collection, analysis, documentation, and preparation of insights for business and product decisions

Key Responsibilities
