You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into BRDs, use cases, and user stories, and support GenAI initiatives to align with client objectives while promoting SOPs and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in data-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA from a top-tier institution.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, bridging technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with emphasis on Generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
• Understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and software developers, to identify and define business requirements and objectives related to Data, AI, and GenAI projects.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex business processes and requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
• Participate in the planning, scoping, and prioritization of Data, AI, and GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories to support the development of software tools and applications.
• Work closely with data scientists and AI developers to ensure that AI models and solutions align with client needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate the testing and validation of applications, ensuring that they meet specified requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
• Collaborate on the development and documentation of SOPs for processes and workflows to promote efficiency and consistency.
• Stay informed about advances in data, AI, and supply chain management to provide insights on opportunities for innovation.
