Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an AI Product Analyst to translate business requirements into functional specifications for GenAI solutions in Bengaluru. You will collab with Product Managers, Architects, AI engineers, and stakeholders to shape roadmaps, define features, and manage lifecycle of AI platforms.

Responsibilities include BRD/FRD creation, user story development, acceptance criteria, and cross-functional coordination across SDLC, governance, and security teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as AI Product Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Experience in Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, AI/ML products, or AI platforms.
• Strong in Product Management, Requirements Gathering, User Stories, BRD/FRD, and Documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI lifecycle, API integrations, SDLC, AI Governance, and Solution Design.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

• Manage Admin Management Portals: requirements, prioritization, and release planning.
• Define workflows, data requirements, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with dev, QA, security, and operations through the SDLC.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and quality standards.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans; drive to closure.
• Support testing, UAT, defect management, and release readiness.
• Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user feedback for improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, demos, and status reviews.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, runbooks, knowledge-transfer materials, and implementation plans.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.

• Support the design, development, and lifecycle management of AI/LLM-based products and platforms.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with technical writing teams to ensure all product, solution, and operational documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage and support Admin Management Portals, including requirements gathering, feature prioritization, and release planning.
• Define product workflows, data requirements, integrations, and platform capabilities to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with development, QA, security, and operations teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and quality standards.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans; drive resolution to closure.
• Support testing activities, UAT validation, defect management, and release readiness.
