Job summary

Floww.ai is seeking a client-facing role to translate business processes into product solutions. You will bridge clients, product, and engineering teams from requirements through delivery, ensuring milestones, documentation, and feedback are completed on time.

You’ll work across multiple processes, build strong client relationships, and contribute to post-delivery support and continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Engineering from a recognized institution ranked among the Top 100 NIRF colleges.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's processes, workflows, systems, and pain points and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Develop deep product understanding and guide clients toward optimal solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, walkthroughs, demos, and reviews to gather feedback and drive closure.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, design, and solution architecture to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
• Prepare clear documentation, process flows, reports, and presentations, using AI tools to accelerate research and validation.

About the Role

You'll work between clients, product teams, and business teams to understand business processes, identify requirements, and help turn them into product solutions. You'll build a strong understanding of the product, manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and work across multiple business processes. You'll stay involved from requirement to delivery and post-delivery, ensuring milestones, documentation, feedback, confirmations, and other activities are completed on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, is curious about how businesses work, and communicates clearly and builds trust with clients

What You’ll Do

• Understand the business Study -- the client's existing processes, workflows, systems, and pain points, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Become a product expert -- Develop a deep understanding of the product, clarify process- and requirement-related queries with client stakeholders and senior management, and guide clients towards the best solution.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions-- Actively participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and review discussions, build strong stakeholder relationships, gather continuous feedback, and help drive discussions towards closure.
• Collaborate across teams-- Work closely with product, engineering, QA, design, and solution architecture teams to clarify requirements, resolve implementation queries, and ensure everyone is aligned on the expected outcome
• Analyse, document, and communicate-- Prepare clear documentation, process flows, reports, and presentations, and use AI tools effectively to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation while independently validating outputs.
• Support business planning-- Provide insights to senior management through operational analysis, reporting, forecasting, and market or competitor research to support business planning and decision making.
• Drive end-to-end execution-- Work across multiple business processes, manage and coordinate client-side activities, coordinate with internal teams, track milestones, maintain and submit required documentation, and ensure timely completion. Continue working with clients after delivery to address queries, manage relationships, gather feedback and confirmations, and ensure all activities are properly closed.
