As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. Success in this position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Create detailed process maps, user journeys, and workflow diagrams to visualize and optimize business operations.
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
• Assist in solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business needs.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and documenting outcomes.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions to support the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or dependencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to measure business performance and project success.

Technical Skills

General

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, Process Mapping, GAP Analysis, and Documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Zoho, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Coordination, or a related role.
• Experience working on software implementation, digital transformation, or technology projects is preferred.
