Job summary

Ideyalabs Tech is seeking a motivated Business Analyst in Hyderabad. You will collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX, Engineering, and QA to understand requirements and support technology solutions.

The role focuses on requirement gathering, process improvement, and Agile practices. You will contribute to user stories, acceptance criteria, and QA readiness while documenting flows and BRD/FRD where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Coordination, or related role.
• Good understanding of requirement gathering, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and requirement discussions.
• Prepare process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct basic research and analysis to understand business needs.
• Understand existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with UI/UX and technical teams to support solution design.
• Provide requirement-based inputs on UI/UX screens.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and track open items.
• Support System Testing and UAT activities.
• Assist in validating implemented features against documented requirements.
• Identify requirement gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate BA documentation and requirement updates.
• Assist in process mapping and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and project-related documentation.

About the Role-

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, UI/UX, Engineering, and QA teams to understand requirements and support technology solutions.

The role is ideal for candidates interested in Business Analysis, Product Development, Requirement Gathering, Process Improvement, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities -

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and requirement discussions.
• Prepare process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct basic research and analysis to understand business needs.

Business Process & Solution Support

• Understand existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with UI/UX and technical teams to support solution design.
• Provide requirement-based inputs on UI/UX screens.
• Basic knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.

Agile & Project Coordination

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist with backlog management, user stories, and requirement tracking using JIRA.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and track open items.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Support System Testing and UAT activities.
• Assist in validating implemented features against documented requirements.
• Identify requirement gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate BA documentation and requirement updates.
• Assist in process mapping and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and project-related documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

• Exposure to JIRA / Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
• Understanding of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Basic knowledge of product development lifecycle.
• Exposure to healthcare or other business domains.
• Relevant internship or academic project experience.
