Konrad is seeking an Associate, Digital to join its Digital team in India. As an early-to-mid career Business Analyst, you will gather requirements and map processes across client engagements to drive digital product decisions and customer experiences.

You will collaborate with senior analysts, engineers, and stakeholders, contributing to workshops, documentation, and gap analyses while developing broader consulting skills in project management, UX, and design thinking.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in a business analyst, systems analyst, or strategy-focused role.
• Experience with requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or similar).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Foundational understanding of digital product lifecycles and business analysis best practices.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments.
• Interest in learning about industry-specific trends, data governance, and strategic planning.

Job Description

About The Role

This role is part of our Digital team, where your internal title will be Associate, Digital; working primarily in a business analysis capacity across client engagements.

As a Business Analyst, you are an early-to-mid career professional with a strong foundation in process improvement and a desire to grow both your technical and consulting skill set. Leveraging your analytical background, you will support the delivery of digital products for our clients through requirements gathering and process optimization solutions that help organizations better understand their business needs and make informed strategic decisions.

In addition to your core analysis work, you will gain exposure to broader areas of digital consulting, including digital product development, digital transformation, and user experience (UX/CX). You are interested in understanding how business requirements support product decisions, customer experiences, and overall business strategy.

You will work closely with senior analysts, engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders across a variety of client engagements. With guidance and mentorship, you will contribute to analysis initiatives including process mapping, requirements documentation, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis, while also building broader consulting skills across areas such as project management, user experience, and design thinking.

You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve your analytical and consulting capabilities.

The estimated compensation for this position is $70,000 - $78,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
