Job summary

Hilogic Technologies in Chennai seeks a Business Analyst to bridge clients and delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable project plans.

You will gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops and interviews, map processes, and support planning, UAT, and change activities. The role offers remote-friendly schedules and room for growth, with exposure to ERP engagements and client-facing delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
