• Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and success criteria
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions

• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of business analysis practices and SDLC
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience working on digital transformation or platform-led initiatives
• Exposure to AI-enabled, data-driven, or automation-supported solutions
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms
• Client-facing experience across multiple industries
