Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager in Insurance BTG to oversee multiple programs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive strategic solutions that align with business goals.

You will manage stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and ensure timely delivery and budget adherence across initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in program management in enterprise settings.
• Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (not must, high agency and ownership is a non negotiable).
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Excel, Word and Power Point, JIRA and confluence).
