You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, maintain documentation, and report progress to senior management. Freshers may apply alongside 1–4 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS, engineering, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM is a plus.
• 1–4 years experience in tech product management or business analysis; freshers can apply.
• Proficiency in APIs, Agile, Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence as product tools.

Job Description- Business Analyst-IT

Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of our technology tools by gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure business and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to build product strategy and roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with business goals.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, development progress, and market conditions.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Customer Focus: Ensure that product decisions are guided by a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering, or related field. MBA/PDGM is a plus
• 1-4 years of experience in tech product management, business analysis, or related roles within the technology or health insurance sectors. Freshers can also apply
• Proficiency in APIs, Agile, Jira is desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus
