Job summary

Talentoj is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Techno-Functional Business Analyst with 14–20 years of experience in business analysis, IT solutions, and the Life Insurance domain. You will bridge business and technology teams to drive solution design and product implementation in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, BRD creation, IT solution translation, stakeholder management, and coordinating UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 14–20 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT solution delivery.
• Mandatory Life Insurance domain experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, API integration, system analysis, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and UAT.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
