Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS documentation.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and user journey maps.
• Develop data flow and process diagrams, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define user experiences and workflows.
• Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Assist in preparing test scenarios and UAT documentation.
• Support validation of solutions against approved requirements.
• Perform gap, impact, and feasibility analyses for new features and changes.
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Exposure to AI, IoT, Robotics, Automation, or other emerging technology projects will be an added advantage.
