Job summary

triSys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements, BRDs/FRDs, and user stories. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technical teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in business requirement gathering, requirement analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work with business and technical teams.
• Prior experience working with US clients, US-based projects, or US business environments is mandatory/preferred based on project requirements.
• Strong understanding of business processes, functional requirements, and end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing communication.
• B1 Visa is an added advantage for US engagements.
• Experience in client-facing roles involving US stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, data analysis, or basic technical concepts.
• Experience with Visio or Lucidchart for process modeling
• Experience in UAT coordination and business validation.
