What You'll Do

• Extract and Prepare Data: Pull, clean, and transform large, often unstructured datasets from our data warehouses into reliable, analysis-ready form.
• Partner with the Business: Work closely with cross-functional leaders to understand their questions, define data requirements, and build scalable, long-term reporting solutions.
• Find the "Why": Go deep into key metrics to spot trends, patterns, and the root causes of business bottlenecks, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Build Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and interactive visualizations that give teams self-serve access to the data they need.
• Deliver in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage competing priorities in an Agile setup, take ownership of loosely defined problems, and drive them to clear outcomes with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 2 years of hands-on analytics experience in retail, e-commerce, gift cards, or quick commerce.

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Advanced SQL, including writing optimized queries and extracting data from large datasets.
• Advanced Excel, including data modeling and macros.

Good to Have

• Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• VBA for automation.
• Experience with Google BigQuery.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, automation, or building workflows.
