Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BA, CS, Data Science, AI or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management.
• At least 5 years working with data technologies.
• Led data-related initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Collaborate with architects and solution teams to ensure governance and compliance standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and translate them into insights.
• Champion data adoption by articulating value propositions and use cases.
• Lead discussions, documentation, and validation of business requirements for data solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for data initiatives.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for data apps.
• Identify high-impact data use cases and assess value and feasibility.
• Support design and prototyping of data solutions including data management capabilities.
• Advise on leveraging tools like MS SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill users.
• Support change management to ensure adoption of data solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning around data platforms.
• Monitor performance and lead post-implementation reviews.

Technical Expertise
