Job summary

University Living Accommodation is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will analyse sales, revenue, MIS, and customer data, build dashboards, and collaborate with the product team to improve user journeys.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in business analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Analytics, MIS, Sales Analytics.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data handling ability.
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business, sales, lead, revenue, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teams with forecasting, performance tracking, and ad-hoc analysis.


• Present findings and recommendations in a simple and clear manner to business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Analytics, MIS, Sales Analytics.


• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to work comfortably with data.


• Strong Excel skills Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, dashboards, etc.


• Ability to understand business requirements and translate data into actionable insights.


• Good communication and presentation skills.


• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.


• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modern AI-powered data and analytics tools such as Julius AI, Quadratic AI, and Bricks AI.


• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/dashboarding tools is a plus.


• Prior experience in a data-driven, customer-facing, or fast-paced business environment is preferred.
