Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Conduct process analysis and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process diagrams, workflows, and use cases.

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years experience in software requirements analysis as a BSA with bachelors degree in computer science / information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as flowcharting, process
• Experience with tools like - Visio or Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence
• Experience with ecommerce domain and retail/wholesale systems is preferred (e.g., POS, OMS, WMS, PIM, ERP, contact center, cash-to-order, payments, etc.)
• Background in Retail Industry and Ecommerce digital space such as web, mobile application a definite plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
