Job summary

ASTIKA SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED in Hyderabad, India is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into clear specifications for the technical team.

You will conduct data analysis, deliver actionable insights, coordinate with development, QA and operations, prepare detailed reports and process documentation, and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Excel, JIRA, and Power BI.
