Job summary

Jamsticks India is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in Bengaluru. You will transform data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations across Sales, e-commerce, Inventory, Procurement, Pricing, Marketing, Operations and Finance.

You will build dashboards, automate reports and explain the what, why and next steps to management, influencing decisions and improving performance in a fast-paced consumer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on business analysis experience.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Not a pure MIS/reporting role; work across Sales, E-commerce, Inventory, Procurement, Pricing, Marketing, Operations and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly business performance.
• Track sales, GMV, ASP, AOV, returns, growth and key KPIs.
• Analyse performance by channel, category, product and SKU.
• Monitor inventory, stock cover, ageing, sell-through and stock-outs.
• Support demand forecasting and procurement planning.
• Recommend pricing actions based on demand, inventory, margins and competition.
• Analyse SKU and channel-level profitability.
• Track marketplace and digital marketing performance including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC and conversion.
• Analyse returns, RTO, delivery performance and operational issues.
• Build dashboards, automate reports and identify trends, anomalies and opportunities.
• Convert analysis into clear recommendations for management.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience who can turn data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Mandatory Skills

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify or similar platforms is preferred.

Candidates from D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Consumer Products or Quick Commerce will be preferred.
