The role will involve stakeholder coordination, cross-functional teamwork, and knowledge of Salesforce project management to support end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, functional specifications, and actionable tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, UX/design teams, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, SCM, Finance, IT, etc) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate and support testing efforts, including test case reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate deliverables against business requirements.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business decisions.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Salesforce project management, including Salesforce processes, workflows, and stakeholder coordination.
