Job summary

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is hiring a Building Materials & HVAC Project Sales Executive for B2B project sales across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby markets. You will engage with HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, builders and consultants to drive project-based orders.

The role involves understanding BOQs, specifications, and customer requirements, promoting building-services products, and coordinating with internal teams to prepare quotations and convert enquiries into orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma preferred; Mechanical, Electrical or Civil background advantageous but not compulsory if the candidate has relevant project-sales experience.
• Actual project/B2B selling experience will be preferred over FMCG or door-to-door sales.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred; comfortable travelling locally for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, builders, consultants and project sites.
• Generate new project enquiries and develop new customers.
• Identify upcoming commercial, institutional and industrial projects.
• Understand BOQs, specifications and customer requirements.
• Promote HVAC, piping, plumbing, valves, actuators, pumps, insulation, fasteners and other building-services products.
• Coordinate technical product selection with the internal team.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Convert enquiries into purchase orders.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors and project customers.
• Conduct regular customer and site visits.
• Maintain records of enquiries, projects and pending quotations.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Gather competitor and market information.

Job Description

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is hiring a Building Materials & HVAC Project Sales Executive for B2B project sales across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby markets.

The candidate will work with HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, builders, consultants, project customers and institutional buyers for products related to HVAC, plumbing, piping and building services.
