Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction and site activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material requirements, usage, and quality at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling material and labor wastage.
• Identify potential construction issues and provide practical technical solutions.
