Job summary

Prithvee Prop Mart Pvt. Ltd. in Noida invites a hands-on Civil Engineer to lead end-to-end building construction projects, from foundation to final handover.

The ideal candidate will supervise site execution, ensure quality and timelines, and coordinate with builders, architects and vendors on RCC works, structural and finishing tasks. Candidates with Noida/NCR construction exposure will be highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Strong practical knowledge of RCC and structural construction.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and site execution.
• Ability to understand and execute work as per civil, structural and architectural drawings.
• Good knowledge of waterproofing, plumbing, drainage and water purification systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise complete building construction projects from foundation to final handover.
• Handle day-to-day site execution and ensure construction activities are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Strong hands-on experience in RCC works, including foundation, reinforcement, shuttering, columns, beams, slabs and concreting.
• Supervise excavation, foundation, brick/block masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Read and interpret structural, architectural and civil drawings and ensure proper execution at site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of construction activities.
• Conduct quality checks at every stage of construction and ensure adherence to required standards.
• Plan and monitor material requirements, site measurements and material utilization.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related construction issues.
• Supervise plumbing, drainage, water supply and water purification systems.
• Have practical knowledge of water treatment/purification systems, pumps, pipelines, tanks and related installations.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other MEP teams wherever required.
• Monitor BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements and contractor billing.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, material records and other construction documentation.
• Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping and construction practices.
• Conduct final inspection, snagging and rectification work before project handover.

About the Role

Prithvee Prop Mart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically strong Civil Engineer with proven hands‑on experience in end-to-end building construction.

The ideal candidate should have successfully handled construction activities from the initial foundation stage through RCC and structural work, finishing, building services and final handover. We are looking for someone who understands practical site execution and can independently manage civil construction work with a strong focus on quality, timelines and technical accuracy.

Candidates with prior building construction experience in Noida/NCR will be highly preferred.

Candidates who have independently handled construction from foundation RCC/structure masonry finishing plumbing/water systems final handover will be given preference.
